DAY 1. Arrival to Kabul

Your adventure begins upon arrival at Kabul International Airport, where our team will warmly meet you and transfer you to your hotel for check-in.
As you arrive at different times, you will have the free time to rest and relax.
Once Everyone has arrived and settled, we will head out together for a welcome dinner and drinks-the perfect way to begin our journey and get to know one another.

DAY 2. Kabul City Tour

After Breakfast, there will be a brief visit to the Ministry of culture to secure the necessary permits, followed by a visit to the bazaar to purchase shalwar khamis for men, and long dress for ladies.
The next stop is to visit to one of Kabul's most colourful and lively area, famous for its Bird Market , traditional culture, and everyday local life. Birds are special to Afghan people because they have long cultural and emotional significance. Keeping songbirds and pigeons is a traditional pastime passed down through generations, symbolising beauty, peace, patience, and freedom.
Bird street in Kabul reflects heritage, serving not just as a market but as a place of social connection and cultural continuity.
After the visit, we will head to a traditional Afghan restaurant for lunch, where guests can enjoy authentic local cuisine. The meal will feature classic Afghan flavours, offering a chance to experience the country's rich culinary culture in a comfortable setting.
Then we drive to the Blue Mosque of Kabul, one of the city's most significant religious landmarks. Known for its striking blue-tiled architecture and serene ambiance, the mosque offers a deeply spiritual atmosphere and provides insight into the region's Islamic heritage and artistic traditions.
Our journey will then take us to Flag Hill, a prominent viewpoint overlooking the city. From the top, we'll enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding neighbourhoods, mountains, and skyline,560 making it ideal spot for photography and a memorable conclusion to the day's sightseeing.

DAY 3. Kabul to Mazar e-sharif by air

After breakfast, you will be taken to Kabul airport for your flight to Mazar e-sharif. The flight duration is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed by your guide. The tour begins with a visit to the Blue Mosque , the Shrine of Hazrat Ali. is one of Afghanistan's most important religious sites. Famous for its stunning blue-tiled architecture, the mosque is believed to house the tomb of Hazrat Ali, cousin and son-in-law of Prophet Muhammad.
After lunch, you will explore the local bazaar, a bustling marketplace where you can find traditional Afghan goods, including spices, dried fruits and handmade carpets. The Bazaar has long been a centre of trade in Northern Afghanistan, reflecting the city's history as an important stop on ancient trade connecting Central Asia with the Middle East.
Followed by a visit to the ancient city walls of Balkh, the remnants of one of the world's oldest cities , often called the " Mother of Cities". The walls were built to protect Balkh, which has been a key center of trade and culture under the empires such as Achaemenids, /Greek and Later Islamic dynasties.
The final stop of the day is the first mosque in Afghanistan, located in the Balkh district of Mazar-e-Sharif, dates back to the 7th century and marks the early spread of Islam in Northern Afghanistan. Though modest size, it holds great historical and religious significance and has been preserved and renovated over the centuries.

DAY 4. Mazar e- sharif to Kabul by air

Depart Kabul after breakfast for the scenic drive to Bamyan City, the journey is approximately 5 hours and passes' through rugged mountain landscapes and highland villages, offering a glimpse of rural Afghan life along the way.
Upon arrival in Bamyan City, we proceed to the Ministry of Culture to secure the required local permit. This is essential for visiting key historical and natural sites in the region and is usually handled quickly with local assistance.

You have the opportunity to climb through the narrow rock-cut stairways inside the cliff, originally used by monks centuries ago. Reaching the upper level offers breathtaking panoramic views over Bamyan valley.
Then we drive to Shahr-e Gholghola know as the "Screaming City." perched on a hill, it provides panoramic views of the Bamyan Valley and tells the dramatic story of the of the city's destruction during the Mongol invasion.
After absorbing the historical and cultural information at the site, we continue on to the Dragon Valley to see the unique rock formations and natural fissures associated with local legends of a slain dragon. Its striking landscape and peaceful spot for photos and short walks.

.After breakfast, depart by road to Band-e Amir National park. Enjoy sightseeing at the famous blue lakes, short walks around the lakes and have time for an optional Boat trip to appreciate the natural scenery.

After admiring band-e Amir, Drive toward Chegcheran City of Ghor province and stop along the way to have lunch.
After lunch. continue driving passing through scenic highlands, valleys, and rural villages, offering opportunities for landscape viewing and brief photo stop and stretch along the way.

DAY 7. Cheghcharan to Minaret of Jam

.After Breakfast, begin the day exploring the mountains of Firoskoh (the Turquoise Mountain), a historic region once at the heart of the Ghorid Empire. The drive takes you through dramatic highland scenery- rugged peaks, narrow valleys, and remote settlements- offering excellent phot opportunities and sense of Afghanistan's untouched beauty.

Continue the journey toward the Minaret of Jam, a drive of Approximately 5 hours from the surrounding areas, depending on the road conditions. Before accessing the site, we will secure the required permit, as the Minaret of Jam is a protected UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Upon arrival, we will enjoy lunch near the minaret, while taking the spectacular setting a the confluence of the Hari and Jam rivers.
After lunch, we will explore the Minaret of Jam, a 12th -century architectural masterpiece rising over 65 metres high, renowned for its intricate brickwork, Kufic inscriptions, and geometric patterns, built during the Ghorid dynasty.
After spending time taking photos and exploring the surroundings of the Minaret Jam, we begin the drive back to Chaghcharan City, stopping along the way for dinner at a local restaurant after the meal, we continue to Chaghcharan, where we will check in for an overnight stay and rest after the day's journey.

DAY 8.Chegcharan City to Herat

We begin our journey to Herat early morning, a drive approximately 12 hours through Afghanistan's stunning highlands and remote valleys.
Along the way, we stop at Chishti Sharif, a historic town in Ghor Province, to explore the Khanqah, a Sufi lodge that has served as center for spiritual gatherings and meditation for centuries. here, you'll admire the serene courtyard, intricate architecture, and learn about Sufi mystics who once lived and taught in the region.
Continuing toward Herat, we pause for lunch , and enjoy the Ghor's Traditional food. Then following lunch, we continue our journey and offers ever-changing views, from rugged highlands and winding rivers to the more fertile plains approaching Herat.
By evening, we arrive in Herat City, Following dinner, we check in to our hotel for an overnight stay.

DAY 9. Herat

Begin the day by exploring the Herat Citadel (Qala Ikhtyaruddin), a massive fortress that has stood for centuries as a symbol of the city's strategic and cultural importance. The citadel offers panoramic views of Herat, its bustling street, and the surrounding mountains. while its walls and towers reveal layers of history from medieval times through the Timurid period.
The next stop is the Great Mosque of Herat (Friday Mosque), one of Afghanistan's most stunning Islamic monuments, known for it's blue-tiled facades, intricate tilework, and majestic prayer halls, which reflects the city's rich Timurid architectural heritage.
Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, sampling traditional Herati cuisine such as shorwa (hearty soup), qabili pilao, and fresh naan.
following lunch, we proceed to explore the minarets of Herat Province, slender towers that historically served as both religious symbols and watchtowers, many dating back to the Timurid and earlier periods, showcasing exquisite brickwork and decorative patterns.
We continue to the Jihad Museum, which chronicles Afghanistan's modern history, resistance movements, and the resilience of its people offering a deeper understanding of the country's contemporary struggles and heritage.
Finally, wander through the old city of Herat, with its narrow alleys, traditional markets, and centuries-old houses, before visiting the tomb of the famous Sufi poet and mystic, Khoja Abdualla Ansari in the nearby village of Gazurgah. His tomb is an important spiritual site, attracting pilgrims and visitors who come to reflect on his poetry teachings.

DAY 10. Herat to Kabul by air

Your tour guide will accompany you to Herat Airport for your flight back to Kabul. Upon arrival in Kabul airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our local tour guide and taken you for lunch at a local restaurant, after which you will proceed to your hotel to check in and rest.
After some time to relax, the afternoon is dedicated truly unique cultural experience with one of Kabul's famous traditional photographer. You will meet an old man referred to as the "old man with a wooden box camera",
You can have a your photograph taken (Optional) with the oldest wooden box camera known as the Kamra-e-faoree. These handmade cameras served as booth the camera and darkroom, producing black-and-white portraits on the spot and were once common on the city streets.
Haji Mirzaman is the last practitioner now in his 70s and still uses his original wooden box camera, with his years of experience, not only takes the photographs but also shares stories of Kabul's past, the history of his craft, and his life in the city.

We make every effort to allocate rooms based on same gender, unless you are a couple or travelling with friends, in which case we are happy to accommodate shared rooms if notified in advance.
In the event of odd numbers of travellers and where triple room
